Welcome! I’m Rachel, a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. I bring a holistic and personalized approach to supporting women in achieving sustainable results with their health and fitness journey.
The key to success lies in finding a lifestyle that suits each individual; therefore, a personalized program is crucial to maintaining long-lasting healthy habits. Together, we will build a tailored solution that aligns with your life, caters to your specific needs, and unlocks your full potential. My goal as a coach is not to give you a quick fix, but to provide you with the tools to help you transform your physical wellbeing and build your foundation for a lifetime of wellness.

I’m not here to provide you with a generic program and meal plan that will give you quick results if you stick to it but run the risk of losing all the progress once the program ends.
My goal is to help you build sustainable, long lasting habits around fitness and nutrition to ensure you’re set up for a lifetime of success. By getting to know your personal behaviours, health goals, and perceived barriers, we can work together to structure a new lifestyle that is realistic and achievable for you.

We will begin by going over basic information that covers your current training, nutrition, and lifestyle. During this time, we will also cover your short and long term goals. From there, I can determine how I can best assist you in achieving success and build your program. You will receive access to your personalized program through my app with video demonstrations of all your exercises.

You will have access to my app where you will find your personalized program showing exactly what you will be training each day. The app includes video demonstrations of each exercise, reps/sets required from you, a rest/work interval timer, and a place to track the weight used for each exercise to help ensure progression. The app also provides you with access to me through direct message, a place to track your physique progress through photos, weight, & measurements, and a place to track your nutrition through posting your meals for me to see & connecting your “myfitnesspal”.

Communication happens through direct message on my app. You can access me anytime Monday-Friday from 9-5pm EST. We will also have weekly check-ins that you submit and I will respond with an email or voice message. Weekly check-ins are where most of my coaching happens so I can make sure we are progressing towards your goals.

My workouts focus on strength training with an emphasis on progressive overload to build and shape your physique. Your cardio sessions will also be programmed, and are based on individual goals and preferences.

My coaching is suitable for women of all fitness levels, ages 18+. Your personalized program will be created to fit your own abilities. This is an inclusive, judgement-free zone.

I provide you with nutritional guidance and optional personalized macro-nutrient calculations (i.e., calorie, protein, fat, & carbohydrate targets). I do not provide meal plans as they are out of my scope of practice.

I always suggest starting with the 12 week program because results take time and 4 weeks isn’t long enough to see significant change. Due to this, most people give up by the end of the first month because they feel like their hard work is not paying off. By committing to 12 weeks, you are helping yourself push through that initial phase of feeling like nothing is changing to beginning to see results. After the 12 weeks has completed, you can always switch over to the month-to-month (4 week) payment plan. By committing to a 12 week program, you will also save yourself $50 which is another win!
